Rene Lazar McCann Ms. Rene Lazar McCann is the Senior Executive and Principle Partner
of the Westwind Group, Inc. She has over 25 years of experience in
education coupled with more than 20 years of business acumen. Ms.
McCann directs the daily administration of the company as well as
personally exercising final authority over all client contract
generation, submittal, and negotiation. Since becoming Principle
Partner of the Westwind Group, Inc. in 1999, Ms. McCann has overseen
an approximate 800% corporate expansion in gross earnings. This
growth included acquisition of Quatran, LLC, expanding the presence
into additional, related markets. Ms. McCann received a Bachelor
of Science from Evangel College in Springfield, MO in 1974.

Stephen M.P. McCann Mr. Stephen M. P. McCann is a Senior
Partner, Operations for the Westwind Group, Inc. Mr. McCann has over
twenty five years of nuclear experience including extensive
background in training, operations, and management. Mr. McCann
oversees project operation in the field and provides management
consulting in the areas of performance improvement and assessment
program development. He serves as the company’s lead advisor in the
area of Training Program Accreditation Renewal and Recovery. In
addition to these duties Steve establishes the standards for and is
responsible for the quality control of products and services
delivered to our clients. As a Senior Partner he chairs the
strategic corporate planning committee and provides support to the
other partners. With over 20 years experience in the field, Steve
has developed, designed and executed successful training and
development strategies that leverage standardized training processes
and programs. These efforts have resulted in enhanced access to
training, strengthened on-the-job performance, reduced training
costs, and improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the training
function for the served organizations. Mr. McCann has two Senior
Reactor Operator certifications on commercial nuclear reactors. He
is a member of the American Nuclear Society and on the ANSI 52.1
Standards Committee for Boiling Water Reactors. Contact

Greg Maisel Mr. Maisel is a highly skilled Project
Leader for The Westwind Group, Inc. who has over 20 years of experience in the development and
implementation of workplace learning and performance solutions
aligned with business objectives. Greg has designed and executed
numerous training and development strategies that leveraged
e-learning and standardized training processes and programs. These
efforts resulted in enhanced access to training, strengthened
on-the-job performance, reduced training costs, and improved the
efficiency and effectiveness of the training function within the
organizations he has served. Greg has also steered the evaluation,
selection, and implementation of an enterprise learning management
system (LMS) which formed the foundation of an "enterprise learning
landscape" designed to meet changing business objectives and
associated workplace learning needs. Most recently Greg has been the
project manager for a learning content management system (LCMS)
implementation and content development project for a major US
utility. Mr. Maisel has his bachelor's degree in business and
information systems and a certificate in business management. He was
the past chairperson of the Mid-Atlantic Nuclear Training Group (MANTG)
Workshop Committee and is a member of the American Society for
